Great information on the website. We purchased it for a small area in our yard. The dogs love it and the quality is so much better than the stuff we purchased from at Lowes.
We love Pup-Grass! We bought it before we brought home our miniature golden doodle puppy. Since she was so tiny, and we live in an area that gets snow, we figured we wanted her to be able to go to the bathroom on our patio, where it would be close to the house and easy to clean up. We trained her with pup grass, and then worried about whether she would be able to do her business on other surfaces.
However, that was never an issue! If grass was convenient when she needed to go potty, she was able to use grass and macadam anywhere on her walks. We appreciate the flexibility Pup-Grass offered for potty training our dog and making her potty routine easier when we couldn’t take her for a walk. We highly recommend this product!
We purchased Pup-Grass for our dog run 5 years ago and we were very pleased. Now having moved with a larger dog run, we needed to supplement to cover the larger run. In an attempt to save money, we purchased additional ‘grass’ through Amazon. It was so substandard, we are tossing the flat ugly fake grass (that didn’t clean well) and our new supplement of Pup Grass arrived today. We are installing it the same day. THANK YOU PupGear!!!
We recently had Pup-Grass installed in our backyard. We could not be happier with their product and the customer service!
We received estimates from two other local companies and they showed us several samples with various thicknesses and heights and assured me they were all pet-friendly products. The only thing they had in common was a thick black rubber type of finish on the backside with tiny holes. I was not comfortable when they told me that all artificial grass was dog-friendly. I decided to look around more and I found Pup-Grass online.
I spoke to the head person and she was very nice and answered all of my questions. They sent a sample and we were impressed the quality was very nice. We measure our lawn and drew a terrible picture but she turned it into a professional drawing. She contacted installers in our area. She set up and appointments so they could come and measure. She gave us a price which was reasonable. We scheduled the installation for two weeks later. The trucking company was a few days, late in delivering the material, but the crew met the truck and unloaded the materials. They showed up the next day and got the job done without any delays. Our backyard is completely transformed and the dogs and the house both are staying cleaner. It looks better than we thought it would and our two dogs love romping around in the backyard.
