My dog used it pretty quickly, after I put one of her tootsie rolls on the grass and praised her. She got it right away. Now she uses it anytime she needs to go.
We use it on the back patio and its easy to clean. We use Simple Green Lawn Cleaner and a hose and it’s done. The water drains from under the frame on to the dirt, and I am pleased with this product and the customer service is very good at explaining things and answering questions
