Shipping
We use Fed EX, UPS, or USPS to ship our products depending on the items you order. The exception is when a customer is ordering landscaping materials. For those items, we ship LTL.

Freight and LTL
Pup-Grass® Custom Cut orders are 15’ long and ship via LTL Freight. Our system does not calculate real-time rates for freight shipments and we typically get several quotes from different carriers, in order to give the best possible price for our customers. Delivery of Freight Goods If this is a residential delivery, please note: Drivers will not unload your item. You will need two people to unload the roll of Pup-Grass® or one large sled dog.

Off Loading Tips

Tip #1

An easy way to move a roll of artificial turf is to cut 2″ ABS Plastic Pipe into two foot sections. Use a long bar to lift the roll and place the pipe underneath of the roll. Once the pie is under the grass, it will roll easily to the edge of the truck.

Tip #2

Once off the truck, place a furniture dolly at both ends of the roll and push to the location.

Receiving Pup-Grass© Delivery
Do not sign for the delivery receipt until you have inspected the roll of Pup-Grass to make sure there is no damage. I.E. torn bags, damaged wrappings crushed boxes, etc.

In the rare event you find damage, call us immediately! We replace any damaged rolls and ship it out the next business day. There is no cost to replace damaged material. Have the driver make a note of the damage on the delivery slip and BOL. It is critical to have pictures of any damage. Make sure you have the drivers’ full name trailer number, time, and date. Most importantly, take pictures of the load and your merchandise.
